You can export user information from your Users & Groups Data File to make changes or quickly set up users on another AppleShare IP server.

To export user information:

1	Open Mac OS Server Admin and log on to the server you want to administer.
	If you have secondary servers, use the primary server to export information.
2	Press the Users & Groups button and choose Show Users & Groups List.
3	Select users or groups in the list.
	If you select a group, the individual users in the group are exported. Guest attributes cannot be exported.
	IMPORTANT: If you are exporting user information from an AppleShare IP 6.2 Users & Groups Data File, you need to select all of the users' attributes to successfully import the file into an AppleShare IP 6.3 Users & Groups database.
4	Press the Users & Groups button and choose Export Selected Items.
5	Save the exported file.
